The EP-2700 filter has a break point at 200 Hz. This is also called the cutoff frequency.
From 60 Hz to 200 Hz there is a reduction of 3 dB in the voltage distortion. This measurement describes the Magnitude of Noise.
From 60 Hz to 200 Hz the graph shows a total 3 dB reduction or 1/1.414 ratio(Ratio is the amount reduced by the dB factor).
From 60 Hz to 2 kHz the graph shows a 20 dB decrease or a factor of 10.
The 20 dB per decade total decline from 200 Hz to 20 kHz shows a 40 dB decrease or a factor of 100.
This unit will not work for a VFD; it will attenuate the control frequency.
